Position Description
The Associate will be part of the Commercial team at Atlantic Aviation. She/He is responsible for running analyses to
generate insight that would inform decision making on commercial initiatives, leading projects to increase yield across
the business, and creating strategic tools to provide operating teams with actionable data and insights. This individual
is passionate about structuring and conducting complex analyses, using critical thinking skills to progress initiatives, and
seamlessly interface with both technology and operating functions. The Atlantic Aviation team is agile and collaborative,

  • Key Responsibilities:
    - Analyze company and market data (revenue, pricing, expenses, margin, market share, etc.) and generate strategic
    recommendations; understand company and industry data to identify opportunities and obstacles related to
    growth, profitability, and operational efficiencies
    - Leverage analytical and problem-solving skills to construct business cases that would support strategic growth
    initiatives and evaluate lines of business for cost-savings and revenue optimization
    - Develop KPIs to monitor and improve the performance of ongoing initiatives, and work alongside General Managers
    and Area Directors to support on-going progress of initiatives
    - Think critically about existing data capture and analysis methodologies; propose improvements accordingly
    - Collaborate with all business functions and effectively communicate concepts clearly in oral and written forms;
    engage professionally and transparently with investors and team members at all levels of the organization.


  • Qualifications and Skills:
    - The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, analytical, technically savvy, operationally astute, and highly
    collaborative. We seek an engaging team player who takes ownership of responsibilities with minimal supervision
    and consistently demonstrates integrity, responsibility, care, passion and innovative spirit.
    - Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
    - 2+ years’ experience in consulting, banking, private equity, venture capital, or operating company role
    - Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and exceptional analytics and data visualization skills
    - Independent thinker and self-motivated worker with advanced planning, organization, critical thinking, decisionmaking, and communication skills
    - May be required to travel to attend training/meetings, work with onsite personnel, or manage special projects
