SUMMARY The Safety and Training Manager trains and evaluates new hire employees on company policies and procedures as well as industry practices with respect to operations. This position conducts annual recurrent training, maintains training files, and oversees the site’s training and safety programs, ensuring compliance with the company’s policies and practices as well as industry standards.

SUMMARY The Technician II is responsible for the safe and efficient daily maintenance of aircraft and assurance that all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations and policies as issued by management of the Company, airport authority, Federal Aviation Administration and other pertinent authorities.   General Duties - Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with Company policies and procedures. - Must adhere to all safety standards established by the Company and regulatory agencies. - Perform maintenance on customer aircraft or articles as requested. Interact with customers, vendors and Atlantic employees in a professional and courteous manner. - Communicate work progress and significant issues with the Lead Technician or other appropriate local management. - Application of the principles of the “Atlantic Attitude” at all times.

This position entails providing support to the General Counsel with a concentration on corporate and commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions due diligence and transaction execution, corporate real estate lease administration, assistance with regulatory compliance and legal operations project management.
